Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of purchase.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Customers must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
  • Customized or bulk orders cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days, and the amount will be credited to the original payment method.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • If you need an exchange, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damaged item.

Return Process

  2. Ship the product to our return address (provided upon request).
  3. Once received and inspected, we will process the refund or exchange.
